Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Unscript. We offer a free tier so you can try the tool before committing to a paid plan. This ensures you know exactly what you're paying for before you subscribe.

Subscription Refunds

Because the Service offers a free tier that allows you to evaluate the product before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment at hello@unscrpt.co with a description of the issue.

What Qualifies for a Refund

We will consider refund requests in the following situations: you were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error, you experienced a significant and sustained service outage that prevented you from using the product, or you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment).

What Does Not Qualify

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after purchase, failure to cancel before a renewal date, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (as this can be evaluated via the free tier before subscribing), or unused time remaining on a cancelled subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until that date.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@unscrpt.co with your name, the email address associated with your subscription, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
