1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unscript ("the Service"), available at unscrpt.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Abisola Fagbiye ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Unscript is an AI-powered tool that rewrites scripted customer support responses into human-sounding messages. The Service is provided as a web-based application with a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. Free and Paid Plans

The free tier provides a limited number of rewrites per session. Paid subscription plans ("Unscript Pro") provide unlimited access to the tool's features. Subscription pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on the Service's website and checkout pages. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Account and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Abisola Fagbiye. The output generated by the tool for your use belongs to you. You may use rewritten responses for any lawful business purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate rewritten responses. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
